What is included:

  • A snapshot of your child’s development in the areas of communication, problem-solving, social-emotional, motor, and adaptive skills.

  • Developmentally appropriate activities to foster a healthy relationship between you and your child, while addressing the five main areas of development.

  • If warranted, a referral to your local early intervention agency and letter to your chid’s physician updating them on today’s findings.

  • On-going monitoring, frequency based on your child’s screening results.
